We are very invested in ensuring our clients have a great experience with LauraLou Enterprise, so we endeavour to provide the best service throughout each phase. Consequently, we believe it is important to outline the process so that everyone is on the same page in advance of starting each job, so that there are no misunderstandings or unclear expectations.



This part of our process sets the tone for the engagement and therefore is the most critical. We listen to your requests, review, and modify designs, discuss costs and other considerations, and then we agree on the materials, order arrangements, and proposed timeline. Essentially, together we will outline and determine the best approach to get you the product you desire.



Once you have signed off on the quote and plan of action, we collect the measurements needed to start the production process. Measurements are usually completed at our store in Cassia Park; however, we do offer the convenience of on-site support for certain commercial jobs. After the garments have been manufactured, we also provide fitting and alteration services where needed to make sure that you are completely satisfied with the final product.



Finally, when we have completed production, we will notify you that your order is ready for pick up at our Cassia Park store (see store hours below). We offer free delivery for select commercial clients within the corporate area, and we can also deliver to clients outside of the Kingston and St. Andrew area for a nominal fee.
